   • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

   • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Perishable goods, digital downloads, personalized/custom items, and hygiene products.

3. Refund Process

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

   • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

   • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged/Incorrect Items

   • If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
